Cata Progression:
Heres some info on new content with links to help you get into Cata.
Zones:
Mount Hyjal 80 - 82
Vashj'ir 80 - 82
Vashj'ir: Kelp'thar Forest 80 - 82
Vashj'ir: Shimmering Expanse 80 - 82
Deepholm 82 - 83
Uldum 83 - 84
Twilight Highlands 84 - 85
As far as Zone progression goes, I completed Hyjal then Vashj'ir, Deepholm, Twilight Hignlands and finally Uldum. My goal was to complete ALL the quests for the Loremaster of Cata along the way. If you want to make 85 as fast as possible, I recommend Picking Hyjal OR Vashj'ir, Deepholm and then Uldum OR Twilight Highlands.
